Our founder, who grew up in Stockholm with a dinner table often featuring “falukorv” and fish sticks, brings a fresh perspective that challenges traditional views. Despite not being a typical seafood enthusiast, her background in marine biology, fisheries management, and digital marketing drives our innovative approach. We are committed to transforming the seafood industry, making it more accessible, entertaining, and sustainable for everyone.
